Draught at brewpub. Very dark ruby, coarse tiny pale head. Grainy, dry roasted nose, little yeast and farmhouse, mild Bavarian feel. Flavor is a bit sweeter burned malt, hint of earthy sourness, licorice root, faint diacetyl. Medium bodied, chewy palate. Nice character, reminds me of darker landbiers.

Jun 15, 2009 Draught (Schönes Fraulein, Helsinki) - Dark brown with some red tinges. Fruity aroma with raisins and some roasted hints. Fruity taste with raisins, marzipan and a bittersweet and fruity finish.

Oct 29, 2008 No head, deep red brownish color. Roasted, tight, rye-like aroma. Dry, burnt, bread-like flavor. Watery palate. Average stuff, not that horrible though.

Oct 28, 2008 Draught at Sadonkorjuu 2008, Porvoo. Dark mahagony color with creamy head. Toffee, sulphur and hints of roasted malts in the aroma. Malty and toffeish flavor with hints of charcoal and licorice. Bland.

Oct 24, 2008 (Draught@Sadonkorjuu, Porvoo) Clear cola brown with a smallish, lightly lacy head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt and some wheaty sourness. Roasted-malty, dryish flavor with slight sour hints and low bitterness. Medium body with low carbonation. Ok, but not interesting.

Sep 22, 2008 A schwartzbier barely, close to dunkel. The bartender didn’t know how to pour this one so I give the head tthe benefit of doubt. Light taste, barely roasty, a bit sweet. Drinkable, served too cold, I wish the cheap fuck owning this restaurant could spare enough to hire someone competent to pour a decent pint...

Sep 16, 2008 Draught@Herman, Turku. Deep ambery brown colour, with mediumsized beige creamy head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, some caramel hops as well as some mild earthyness. Flavour followis the same concept, except for having some quite strong earthy notes in the background. Basically not much of an aftertaste.
