Nov 20, 2004 Yumi, Excelsior, MN 11/19/2004 Poured so that it runs over the glass into a short dish. The appearance is clear, with it seemed a bit of a tan sheen to it; ever so slight. The aroma is more like a chocolate scent than the others I’ve had. The flavor follows suit with the chocolate being the most pronounced, along with some minor subtle fruit and almost an egg flavor. Overall, very nice indeed!
