Nov 15, 2009 Pours a very nice amber with an orange hue. Aroma is caramel and hops. Taste is malty sweet with floral hops. Not much of an aftertaste. The sweetness limits the drinkability.

Oct 22, 2009 Bottle (in NZ). Sweet caramel aroma. A tart bitterness on the palate, with a malt sweetness you’d expect for the style, but this is overpowering. I’m sure it is popular with the punters though.

Aug 25, 2009 Pours an amber color just like its name. A bit spicy with a dry finish. Taste of sweet caramel and nuts throughout, a surprisingly decent amber ale that I would drink again.
