A fairly average beer overall--if someone gave me a blind taste test, I likely wouldn’t be able to ID this one! Quite drinkable, though not gourmet by any means. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 2, 2006 On tap at Columbia Street brewery. Clear copper color with lasting off white head. Aroma is light with hints of caramel maltiness and fresh dark bread. The flavor is full malt richness. Caramel and roasted malts are fresh and in good agreement. Nice even hop bite to balance the malts. Almost buttery bread finish that leaves a great aftertaste with the caramel sweetness. garmonbozia (233), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
