While definitely not the best beer in the world it definitely is refreshing and beats the hell out of budweiser

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 8, 2009 Fizzy slightly darker hue of yellow beer with fizzy white head to lace. Hints of asparagus in the nose. Will my pee smell like this later? I guess it’s also yeast and sugar. Taste is light lager, with leftovers. Cardboard and grass. Light lemon and grape sweetness. Bit of twang. I’ve had worse? It’s funny how 5/10 on nose is F. 3/5 on app is D-. Taste 5/10 F. Palate 3/5 D-. But overall it’s still a beer I can see enjoying on a hot day with a burger and chips at the beach, so I I give it a 13/20 which is a D+. I can’t help it that I like beer. elihapa (1066), Honolulu, California, USA

Not too much to say about this one, it’s a rather simple style that is well executed but . . . simple. Gold-amber in color with a grainy, slightly grassy nose. Taste is pale malt, light herbal hops, a bit indescript. Not offensive, but certainly boring. Derek881 (497), Frederick, Maryland, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 4, 2009 Enjoyed a couple of these beers while visiting my friend in San Diego. It had a good barley malt aroma with some herbal and grainy hops. The beer was a slightly dark golden color with a smaller-sized, foamy, off-white head with modest retention. It had a slightly sweet, but predominantly bitter-grainy taste. The beer was slightly thinner, but crisp and lively with a dry finish. ghawener (963), San Salvador, El Salvador

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 1, 2009 Shaker pint pour in the San Diego airport. Pour is slight haze golden with a small white head. Thick sheets of lacing. Sparkling, looks nice. Aroma of sweet malt, some grassy yeastiness. A bit of dull cardboard and ever so faint diacetyl - not really a negative. Taste is a nice blend of the softened sweetness of the malt, with the straw grassy yeastiness. Palalte is medium thin, more on the heavier side. Finish is pretty heavy, lower carbonation, not really "refreshing". Decent enough. Ungstrup (15336), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jun 15, 2009 Draft at the Carlsbad location. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt - lacks some malt, which sneaks in a light skunkyness. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. 18 IBU’s. Nose is spicy continental hops, bread, yeast. On taste, full of nice biscuity notes and a clean bitterness that is a touch spicy. Could definitely drink a ton of this in the summertime. Good.
