Oct 25, 2007 Buddel: Pale golden, slightly hazy, mid-sized loose white head, quite quickly diminishing, quite frsh fruity (lemons and bananas) nose with a faint tinge of cloves; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; citrousy-sourish finish. A light, but really refreshing Weizen.....

Jun 10, 2007 (bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a foamy white, medium-sized head. Dusty, medium-sweet, slightly acidic citrus-fruity nose with spicy phenols in the background.Light-sweet flavour, moderate wheat-malty, grainy taste with a sour-fruity note (citrus); quite strong clove-phenols towards the finish, but the soft grainy aftertaste placates a bit.
