Was served two glasses of a beer at a wedding and was told that it was a Karuizawa Kogen something. From the descriptions here it must have been Wild Forest. Expected a typical Asahi/Sapporo taste, but this had a nice, subtly sweet barley aroma, nice golden colour with fluffy white head and a mildly sweet taste and quick finish. Decent.

aroma is slightly sweet...bit of peppery yeast...not too much else. Looks like a pale lager with a nicer head. Flavor is slightly sweet with fruit juice and simple syrup. Also a fair amount of pepper and dryness from yeast. Mouthfeel is watery.

Can. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is grass, candy, malt. Flavor is grapes, candy, wheat. Not as sweet as I expected, but still a little on the sweet side. Dry finish.

A clear light golden color with a small white head. Mild sweet malty scent. A tasty lightly sweet beer with grassy flavors in the middle, a quick candy sweet finish and lingering mild bitterness.
