Dec 4, 2007 Bottle, orange brown color. Raspberry and a touch of flowers in the aroma. Bittersweet flavor, nutty and seedy with raspberries. Slightly yeasty. Bitter almonds.

Mar 18, 2007 Updated: Jun 17, 2007Bottled. Raspberry jam aroma. Woody from the seeds. Dark yellow color with a pink touch, tiny bubbles, firm white head, good lace. Light maltsweet, light fruity, raspberries but not strong or artificial, bitter which is unusual for a fruitbeer, sparkling. Seems to ber very alcoholic.
