Apr 10, 2009 A deep red with a light head. A sour cherry candy aroma, or cherry pie filling. A very good dessert beer to sip, as mspindler said might bee great with ice cream. Full of cherry flavor very sweet.

Apr 9, 2009 Bottle at Dellirium Gřteborg: Red clear colour, no head. Aroma is viny,citrus , flowery and cherries. Flavor is the same, thin body, medium fruity finish.

Apr 7, 2009 Bottle shared by NickTheElder. Looks too pretty to drink. Pours a clear crimson color with a pink film. Wow, black cherry pie filling sums this beer up perfectly. Its abundant in both flavor and aroma. Super thick, syrupy, and sweet. A great dessert beer to sip on, and it would probably be great with a scoop of ice cream. Doesn’t really taste anything like beer, but it’s still damn tasty.

Apr 6, 2009 Aroma is totally cherry cough medicine. Not for me. Taste is sweet burnt cherry cough medicine. I did not enjoy this.

Apr 5, 2009 Bottle from NicktheElder. Pretty beer, dark ruby red with a pink head. Cherry cough syrup aroma, like the 44D. Sweet cherry flavor, like black cherry kool-aid. Very tasty.

Apr 5, 2009 Gyönyörű bíborvörös színű ital,rózsaszínű habbal.Illata olyan mint a nagymama rumos meggy befőtjének.Íze is túláradóan meggyes,édes,alkoholos,de a enyhén érezni benne a komlót is.Utóíze édes,aszalt gyümölcsös.Az alkohol tartalom kellemesen melegít.Szép sűrű,testes itóka.Egy üveggel egy szelet Feketeerdő torta mellé vagy egy darab minőségi fekete csokoládé mellé.Jólesik mellé egy tömet édes,burley keverék pipadohány is.Az eddigi legjobb gyümölcsös sör,amit ittam!

Apr 5, 2009 Thin pink head, sparkling, cherry bomb nose. Sweet and crisp, nice tart acidity balances this beer out from just beer fruity. Solid Belgian yeasty finish.

Apr 2, 2009 Sampled at Pizza Port Belgian Beer Party and liked it. Was able to pick up a couple bottles at the Pizza Port bottle shop right after the event. Pours a deep and almost opaque red. Thin layer of pinkish head which quickly disappears. Love the aroma -- rich mature cherry smell. Dark cherries dominate the flavor which is predominately sweet but there is a nice tartness as well. There is also a hint of alcohol, but the 8% is generally well disguised. Finishes sweet and slightly dry, like champagne. Not something to drink so regularly, but surprisingly good. A good one to try to get your girlfriend turned on to beer!
