Pours dark red, like a dark cherry, pink head. Big cherry taste, dark and sweet, if you are looking for subtlety look the other way, this is rich and sweet. This kinda tastes just like cherry soda, good if you are looking for that, bad if you are looking for any wild yeast or earthy character.

750 ml corked caged bottle. Pours deep magenta with 1-finger of pink head. Nose is Jolly Ranchery cherry, earthy malt, some cobwebby yeast. Tastes somewhat sweet at first, but gets tarter as it warms up and the palate normalizes, with a natural tasting tart cherry flavor coupled with some earthy and yeasty notes. Solid.

Pours dark red with a light frothy head. Aroma of sweet cherries and yeast. Initially sweet taste moves slowly into a sour finish. Notes of chocolate and flowers. Nice balance of sweet and sour.

Pours a light rad cherry with no head. Aroma is strong sour cherry, yeasty and a bit cheesy. Flavor is cherry that’s moderately sweet and fairly limited sour, some yeast and dried fruits. Finishes slightly astringent and a nice sour chery. Medium body, light carbonation.

Pours ruby red with a nice foamy ruby head, that lingered all the way to the end. Aroma of oak and cherry. Flavor of cherries, no doubt with a hint of oak and chocolate. Nice lingering aftertaste of cherry/oak. Nice medium body. Not syrupy at all. Nice beer to drink on a rainy spring night. Smooth mouthfeel. Very nice beer
