Feb 2, 2008 Updated: Feb 3, 2008On tap at the Muddy Pig in St. Paul. Dark blood red pour with no head. Cherry pie filling aroma. The taste is much the same with a bit of tartness to it. Very nice.

Feb 1, 2008 Pours a deep burgandy rose color, with a fine light pink head. Aroma is definitely cherries, almost like a cherry cough drop. Tastes of sweet and tart cherries. Good beer, but only one a night for me.

Appearance: bloody brown with ruby like hints, tinted pinkish top
Nose : Light cherry notes , sweet but over the top , some bubblegum as well. Aroma reminded me of traditional Polish Kompot. Rare occurrence, true fruity aroma.
Flavor/Palate : Refreshing . Fully satisfying authentic fruit flavours . Light tartness , proper balance sweetness . Cherry pulp. This one is must have brew on my list.

Jan 28, 2008 Pours a nice deep, dark cherry red with a nice little pink head that quickly dissipates. The nose is a huge rush of cherries. It is not as sweet as you would expect. Definitely has a rich cherry flavor with a touch of chocolate. Not overly sweet or cloying in any way. Finishes clean with a nice bitterness.

Jan 28, 2008 Wow, this was a surprise. It’s really, really good. Huge cherry nose, as one might expect. Deep, rich cherry flavor - almost decadent. Cherries mix nicely with some chocolate and a subltle, mellow bitterness. On tap, Thirsty Monk, Asheville.

Jan 27, 2008 On tap @ 1702 - Pours a dark reddish-purple color with a thin light pink head. Has a cherry cough drop aroma. Flavor is tart cherry. Light bodied. A pleasant, easy drinking beer. A nice suprise.

Jan 26, 2008 750 bottle is a mixtue of possably my two favorite things on earth cherries and a sour the first thing that comes to mind as i pour this is cherry juciy juice man does this have a very heavy cherry nose the 8% abv is hidden well this beer is all about the cherries cherries cherries and more of it i can see how this will upset some people but its fine with me i cant say enough how much i like this beer
