The taste is of sweet and souer cherries. This is much like a Dr. Pepper beer. And because Dr. Pepper is awsome this beer is awsome. However if you don’t want your beer to taste like Dr. Pepper this beer is not recommended. beerlady (457), lucerne, Switzerland

beer is brown with a strong reddish hint, head is reddish offwhite, almoust pink
smells of cherrys, but not in a way who hides maltyness, some alcohol in smell too
tasts of cherrys, sweet, but malty too, some bitterness, yeast, altough it is rather sweet, there is a refreshing sourish hint hidden there
aftertaste bittersweet with a sourish hint

Average fizzy white/reddish head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Lovely dark red color. Heavy sweet cherry just as we like it. Also notes of mixed fruity, marzipan, yeast, mild underlying malty sweetness and a feel of brown sugar like notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Heavy sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Lingering heavy sweet cherry finish. More of that please. Swalden28 (1515), McKinney, Texas, USA
