The 11.2 ounce bottle poured a clear, golden yellow colored beverage with a small creamy white head that was completely lasting and left great lacing on the glass. The aroma was sour. It was primarily sour fruit notes but there were also hints of old leather, pepper and coriander. The body was medium-full with a soft carbonation and a smooth creamy texture. The flavor starts out lightly sour on the tip of the tongue then as it matures on the palate it takes on a sweeter character. The finish is long and has a definite alcohol warmth high in the throat.

Draft at the Beer Festival. Poured a hazy yellow color. Aroma is yeasty, malty, and has a very noticable alcohol presence. Flavor is much the same, with a sweetish/alcohol finish. I would suspect that’s not a supprise since it’s 11%.

Draught. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is spicy yeast, sweet malt, and some alcohol. Flavor has an alcohol and spice kick, with yeast and malt body, and a lingering semi-sweet finish. The 11% alcohol is definitely noticeable, but not "hot". Pretty good!

Bottle. Low white head. Hazy yellow body. Lemon aroma nice crispy and sharp. Bittersweer or actually quite sweet plus dominated by the high alcohol percentage.

A very heavy beer. With the taste of alcohol, although not overwellming. Lot of taste and some bitter aftertaste. Drunk it both on tap and from bottle

In bottle at Erasmus Bruges. Pale yellow with small head. Spicy nose. Overpowering alcohol taste that rises above the spice and flavor. Reallly too much...

Pours light golden with a thin foamy white head. Aroma of honey, pepper, cantaloupe, pineapple, higher alcohols, and apples. Taste is sweet, alcoholic, cantaloupe, cotton candy. Mouthfeel is full to heavy bodied with lush carbonation. Nice taste, but a bit heavy and too strong.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a good size white head that leaves decent lacing. Aroma of sweet and biscuit malt with notes of citrus, honey, and yeast spice. Taste is the same as aroma but with a hot alcohol burn at the end. Medium mouthfeel with a mild bitterness. Could be a great beer but the alcohol burn ruins almost all of the good qualities of this beer.
