Jan 21, 2007 This beer stood in my storage for a long time. By the time I drank it, it was 7 months over date. I tried it expectiong nothing, and this idea appeared to be confirmed when I opened it. A bread-yeast aroma came out, which I have never smelled before while opening a beer. So I thought this was the end of the exercise. Also the head disappeared fast. But when I tasted it, it was an utter surprise to me. The taste went from fruity to clearly acid-bitter. Wow, what a surprise. The body of this beer was very un-blond, and more orange hazy.

Jan 5, 2007 Clear orange with a small head, below average lacing and retention. Aroma is spiced with coriander and oranges, and has notes of hops, lighter fruits. Flavor brings this with a light sweetness and ends with a dry finish with light alcohol. Enjoyable.

Jan 4, 2007 Aroma throws alcohol at you, buttery notes put me off however yeasty fruity spicey lemon comes through to redeam itself a bit. Taste goes on a similar journey, though buttery throughout, The brune is stupidly better.

Jan 2, 2007 750 split two ways. Hazy golden in appearance with a medium to large white head. Aroma is spicy and fruity, with citrus notes and some ethanol. Taste is the same, with a spicy, and alcohol warming finish.

Dec 27, 2006 Bottled. hazy yellow colour with mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is spices, hops and fruits. Flavour is yeast, alcohol, slight wheat and fruits. A bit harsh, but at the sametime the sweetness balances it up. A weird one...

Dec 27, 2006 Bottle. Creamy white good mostly deminihsing head. Yellow colour. Nice powerfull hoppy aroma. Light acetic moderate bitter great flavor. Average finish. Not as creamy as expected. A little fizzy.

Dec 23, 2006 Big floral nose with some grapefruit, some musk and some peach. Pours cloudy pale gold with quickly dissipating head. Flavour is fresh and slightly tangy with herbs and spice developing into a slightly astringent but generally pleasing long finish. A Cate Blanchett of blondes.

Dec 20, 2006 Bottled(330ml). -as Kasteelbier Triple 11%. Pours a clear yellow with fizzy medium sized white head. Aroma is sweet yeasty, fruity (orange, lemon) and nice spicy with sweet alcoholic finish.
