Oct 29, 2008 Bottle. Amber, dissipating golden head. Light honeyish malt base, herbal and grassy hops. Solid body, fefinite sweetness which lingers, hops present but do not balance the brew totally. Chewy, bready finish.

Aug 31, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a diminishing foamy white head. Sweet pale malty nose traces of biscuits and honey-ish fruity notes. Sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, medium bodied, soft on carbon. Pale malt-character with a touch of biscuits; medium-dry, malt-accented finish with late arriving bitter hops (12.08.08).

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle (Danke, Stefan !): Deepü golden coloured with a smaller, persistent lacy head; sweetish-grassy nose with a touch of honey; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.9%; moderate grainy-bitter finish with a light acidity in the aftertaste. Yawn...........

Clear golden color, white head. Sweet malty and a bit acidic scent. Malty, grainy, buttery and acidic taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

Clear golden color, bubbly white head. Head nice at first, but died very fast. Malty, grainy and apple scent. Sweet, caramel, grainy, malty, nutty taste. A bit thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.
