Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark Oct 17, 2009 It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma is light with notes of clove, wheat and banana. The sweet flavor is light too with light notes of banana, clove and yeast. As a light weiss, this is quite OK. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Oct 13, 2009 Bottle 50cl. Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003] Dedollewaitor (3625), Odense, Denmark Oct 9, 2009 German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small creamy white head. Wheat and grain. Clean and watery. Hmmhh. ChristianScheffel (4431), Odense, Denmark Oct 3, 2009 Cloudy pale yellow with a firm white head. Weak aroma of banana and spice with a grassy touch. Dry and thin, slightly tart fruity flavour Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 3, 2009 Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a firm white head. Somewhat astringent aroma, tart and citric. Rather thin. Yeasty and nothing much more really. 031009 MoritzF (4859), Bochum, Germany Sep 14, 2009 (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty and moderately sweet wheat-malty nose with notes of biscuits and fruity notes of citrus and tangerine, accompanied by clovy spice. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a rather calm, almost carbonation. Moderately yeasty and wheaty taste with notes of biscuits and a fruity touch, the latter getting stronger during the slim and moderately sweet, also a bit papery finish. Smells good, but the rest is rather mediocre. 14.IX.09 SHIG (2012), Aviano, Italy Feb 2, 2009 Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is wheat and banana. Taste is wheat and balanced, not an over the top weizen.
