It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma is light with notes of clove, wheat and banana. The sweet flavor is light too with light notes of banana, clove and yeast. As a light weiss, this is quite OK.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is wheat and banana. Taste is wheat and balanced, not an over the top weizen.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty and moderately sweet wheat-malty nose with notes of biscuits and fruity notes of citrus and tangerine, accompanied by clovy spice. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a rather calm, almost carbonation. Moderately yeasty and wheaty taste with notes of biscuits and a fruity touch, the latter getting stronger during the slim and moderately sweet, also a bit papery finish. Smells good, but the rest is rather mediocre. 14.IX.09

50 cL bottle. Pours pale and cloudy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head.Vague wheat aroma. Flavour is mild acidic with a light wheaty base and a mild yeasty/estery note on top. Ends with a mild acidic note into a dry finish.
