Commercial Description:
A sensational brew! This is Oktoberfest at its best. Its golden color, its powerful malt and its trace of sweetness, makes this the prime example of a true Oktoberfest beer. Aktien's Okotberfest beer is different from other Oktoberfest beers already on the market in the USA and it is a must to be tasted by any beer lover.

Had a bottle at an oktoberfest celebration. Average looking, average head, average aroma, average taste. Feh. Nice enough, I suppose, but I wasn’t impressed. Unimaginative.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head - a bit light in color for an Oktoberfest. The aroma has notes of straw and hay on a lightly malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrusy herbs, leading to a nicely bitter finish.

Bottle in Denver. Pours much lighter yellow than expected. Very light aroma with some honey and sweet malt. Light crisp flavour that leans toward sweetness. Very easy drinking fest beer.

Rated this last night. Different and good. Will elaborate later, if I can do that from home. Bottle from Liquid Solutions in Portland, OR. Light golden color - but it is tinged with something that makes it quite attractive. The white head whiffed away at once. Warm malty aroma with a touch of hop. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is malty with a touch of yeast and some fruitness. Tends toward pale lager, malt liquor and something a bit darker than either of those. It varies. Unexpected flavors. Finishes non-bitter

lets see, it gushed a bit, could be over carbed, god i hope just over carbed i don’t want to deal with a bad infected taste so early in the drinking day. i’ve got to make it through to the stars game tonight. gotta hit great divide too, o.k. lets see, very light yellow with a thin film of a white head. smells like a sweaty pilsner, a lot of grain and husk, sugar and and grass. tastes of corn syrup and straw. really similar to a malt liquor or two that i know of. i’m so tired of pro football, give me something else, fucking sports center, needs to realize that there are other topics. dries out a bit and leaves a tin asphalt taste. this is not a good one for me.

Pours straw yellow and clear. Aroma of yeast and some hops. Smooth, velevety on the palate-minimal carbonation. Malt and yeast with some hops on the palate.
