The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong and spicy, not alcoholic. Hoppy-grasy notes, a little bit moldy. Finish is well balanced, again fine spicy. Good beer!

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and distinctively grainy aroma with notes of cookies and shy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Pale malt character with residual sweetness and grainy notes; sweet and malt-accented finish with a delicate hoppy bitterness and herbal notes. Sweet but inoffensive Spezial/Märzen ྷ.VIII.09).

0.5L bottle from Hollingshead Deli! Nose of grassy hops, and grainy yeast with a light bit of banana ester in the background. Clear yellow with a medium white head. Flavor is lightly peppery, a slight bitterness, and a light grainy sweetness. Finish is very lightly bitter. Rating #50 for this beer!

Not terrible, honestly. Golden pour with a light sudsy head that diminishes to a thin ring, leaving sparse lace. The nose is a simple malt aroma, all that’s really called for with the flavors and body at work. The flavors are malty, with some doughy bread and earth tones striking the mid-palate. Finishes clean with earth and light carbonation tingles. The body is light, a little watery, but smoothly drinkable, For a "Premium Lager" (a style that can be thrown under the bus rather easily), it’s certainly not the most complex brew, but definitely something I’d have again.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with a dense white head. Sweetish, clean malt aroma. Medium body with a solid malt base and a little sulphur. Dry finish. 220309

Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, cabbage water, vegetable. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090322]

Yellow golden lager, with a pure white head. Strangely the aroma reminds me of boiled beetroot, which for me isnt a bad thing, but for a beer? After i get past my past! the scent is more malty doughy. The flavour is not beetroot but a fairly robust malt accented lager almost a Helles really. Honeyish and buscuity with a thick palate. It was an OK beer and would have got an extra point or two had it not been for a slightly cloying finish.
