(GERMAN) Pours a reddish brown color with a sm white head. Aroma is of chocolate, brown sugar, and raisins. The taste is of dark malts, chocolate, toffee, and has a slightly bitter finish. There is some nice carbonation. This bock is well balanced, and worth the effort to find.

Dark brown slightly reddish color with a thin light-tan head. Aroma is light cherries and chocolate. Flavor is somewhat sweet, with rich cherries, plums - very nice overall, but fairly light on the flavors.
