| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 2, 2009 Tap at the Brickhouse this past afternoon - very lightly hazy blonde beer - there is pretty much nothing wit-like about this - this is hoppy, dry and bitter, tasting like a lightly spicy american pale ale - there is an odd bubblegum-like character in the finish (which is a flavor I wound up belching up about a half hour later) - some banana flavor - mostly light and hoppy - not terrible, but a wit this is not. j12601 (1261), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

Smells a little sweet, with a nice coriander note. Thin to medium body. Light banana flavors, a touch of grain, and a bit of wheat and fruit. Finishes with a bit of yeast, and a bit more banana. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 5, 2008 TAP NY 08. Very murky blonde in color, actually a bit too much yeast floating around in this one. Aroma: coriander, alot of bready/spicy belgian yeast, some citrus. Taste is pretty nice with coriander, yeast, light citrus and pear, bready/earthy yeast and some light spicy hops. Light bodied. Overall this was very nice, if it was just a bit more clarified (relatively speaking) and refined this would have been great. beastiefan2k (1601), Lawrence (formely NYC), Kansas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 30, 2007 Pint pour @ brewery/restaurant. Color is so damn pale but one still cannot see through it yet a whole lot of light is passing through it. Small head but a sticky lacing. Aroma is coriander-and-lemon-irific. A bit earthy. Taste is bit minimally very light and biter herb-hops. A long lightly bitter aftertaste. Nice wit, I hope this becomes more common. coldbrewky (727), Saugerties, New York, USA

A surprise that I hope they keep and bottle regularly. A very mellow spicyness ...coriander and a touch of cumin? This sucker lasted a good while as compared to many Belgian white ales that I have had. I should have got a growler to go.
Re-rate 04/26/2008 : Got the 4th pint in tap today. Very cloudy under carbonated fantastic pint for lunch today. Up .1 overall. mellow steady corriander on the medium body. Rich, smooth and slightly cream roundiness. Mmmm.
