TrefwoordPunk (367), Leiden, Netherlands May 13, 2008 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark brown with a small tan head and no aroma. The taste is just brown sugar in water, no alcohol, no hops no malts, nothing, just sugared water. Maybe this is something for your granny, but not for me jerohen (1478), Bussum, Netherlands Dec 9, 2007 Updated: Dec 14, 2007Bottled. dark brown coloured, dying brown head. Somewhat metallic malty nose. Sweet flavour, some iron. Really nasty. Thanks to my mom for always seeking these new beers for me (although they might be crappy sometimes...). SHIG (1546), Oberoffligen, Germany Jun 24, 2007 Bottle: Drank from it so did not get a good apperance. The aroma was sweet. The taste was a watery sweet malt. Frothy yellow-brown beer; very dark but clear chestnut colour. Bit of chocolate, faint sweet and faint lactic. Ends molasses-like. Very sweet; but nice touch of lactic acid. Very much malty: both coloured & pale malts. Retronasal however, one gets the clout of the saccharine. A bit thick, slick texture, but the palate is ruined by the saccharine. Is it really necessary to give it such an obvious childrens’ drink thumbprint?
