Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A beer derived from years of practice searching for the perfect pint, of course hoping secretly that you never actually find it! In other words, a pint suited to the taste- buds of our head brewer that can be savoured several times in one session without feeling like the bottom has fallen out of your world (or vice-versa!). Golden, hoppy, clean on the palate and leaving a long lingering after-taste that will haunt you until you quest for more.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Grainy malt aroma with straw, biscuit and herbs. Dry and rather boring malt flavour

Cask, hand pulled half pint at Halfway House, Edinburgh. Clear, amber body. Some laceworks on the glass. Quite prominent aroma of citric fruits. The taste is filled with pineapples and grapefruit ending with a pleasant touch of hop bitterness. Well built [12.11.2008].

From cask at Blackfriars. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Light fruity and spiced hoppy aroma. Smooth peachy fruity flavour with a mild caramel malty base. Smooth fruity and bitter finish. Dry too.

Pint at Blackfriars in Glasgow. Golden liquid under creamy head. Scotch whisky on nose. Malt fading to hops on finish with nice lacing. Really well constructed.
