DruncanVeasey (1737), No. 46, Leicestershire, Germany Jul 6, 2008 Izzystock ’08 (day 2). Cask. Tepid soapy citrus and soggy biscuit. Dull, but more fruit and complexity than the 30quid Aussie Riesling down the road.
wyzzywyz22 (387), Wirral, Merseyside, England Aug 21, 2008 Bottle, Ale Cellar, Darlington. "They’re not scared of you. They’re scared of
what you represent to them.
All we represent to them
is somebody who needs a haircut.
Oh, no. What you represent to them......is freedom. Freedom’s what it’s all about." Oh yeah man...
Pale golden colour, white head. Some hop and citrus in the aroma; these themes continue furthur into the flavour. Dry bitter finish. OK, but shame its not a classic brew to pay homage to a classic movie !
Mes_and_Sim (4487), Highgate, Greater London, England Jul 9, 2008 A Mes rate: Gravicask at Ealing Beer Festival. Slightly hazy gold with a thin white head and decent condition. Good balance of malt and hops on the nose with some nice fruit and dusty fresh tobacco. Crisp, fruity hop flavour with good floral notes and a fruity bitter finish. Not bad. Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England Sep 29, 2007 Gravity Cask @ Waterloo Arms Beer Festival. Mild malt sweetness. Rounded hop flavours and full bitterness. Claretsdrinker (2), Croydon, England does not count Sep 16, 2007 Well kept cask-conditioned pint at The Claret Free House, Addiscombe, Croydon. Light, golden, immensely quaffable ale. A dry citrus taste of hop is followed by a dry finish.
