Commercial Description:
Cask; Special - April 2008.
Colour: Light Copper. Cascade hops and Marris otter malt fuse together to produce an exciting brand new ale. There is a distinct floral hop aroma from the inclusion of Cascade hops and a long, dry hoppy finish.

Cask (handpump) at Bar Fringe, Manchester, April 2008. Gold with a creamy head. Lots of citrus, mainly lemon. Fresh and crisp but not as aromatic as one might expect from the use of Cascade hops. Can’t say I picked up too many of the floral notes claimed in the commercial description. Quite dry mouthfeel.
