Bottle brown, 500 ml, 12P
Appearance: Poured into Bohemian Pilsener glass, body is perfectly golden deep in colour, and intense, perfectly filtered, vivid initial carbonation, almost like in a fizzy drink, but than slowly decreasing to medium, head is very intense and thick, snowy white with very good lacing. All thosecharacteristic typical to this style.
Aroma: Typical of Bohemian Pilsener style, gentle aroma of sweet juicy malts and refreshing flowery and spicy Saaz like hops, strong dust, very noble, a bit dull because of the initially pillowy head, a hint of graphite.
Flavour: Front is refreshing and mineral, than what comes is very pronounced grainy malted barley sweetness of Moravian or Slovakian Barley and perfect balance with refreshing and becoming sharp towards the middle of the body hops. Good and soft water. Texture is wattery and more sweet than dry, however the flavour in general terms is not as pronounced as of ’Zlaty Bazant’ from Slavakia or ’Pilsner Urquell’ or ’Budweiser Budvar 12’ from Czech Republic. Finsh duration is short to medium, for more sweeter.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, finish feel is slightly dusty and slightly citrusy, not imposing.
