Commercial Description:
Part of the Single Hop IPA Series. We start with a base of pale malt, a little crystal malt, and a touch of wheat. We then hop with a single variety of hop during the entire brew length.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours light amber with an off white head. Very spicy fruity hop aroma with a just a slight malt scent. Taste is not as bitter as one would think due to Warrior hops being very high alpha, the bitterness is there but the sweetness really comes through. Medium body with a clean finish. My wife even liked this and she usually doesn’t like IPA’s.
