Amber in color. Flavor is sweet and malty. Almost candy like with a nice Belgian spice as well. A little noticable alcohol too.

Jul 6, 2007 Growler sample from Odeed! Nose of caramel and spices (clovey); light brown with a small glass-lacing beige head; flavor of caramel, spices, a little hop bitterness and some banana esters. Pretty Good!

Jul 1, 2007 (yet another sample from eric at the brewery)nice rusty red color with a thick off white head that left nice webbing on the sample glass.aroma and flavor were nice blend of bananas,cinnamon,allspice,cloves,and ginger.followed by a bit of belgian candy and yeast.pretty damn solid for a first attempt at the style.
