Commercial Description:
This Belgian-Style ale (5.2% abv) is brewed with roasted corriander, belgian malts and belgian yeast. Strong in Flavor, but light in alcohol (for a belgian at least) - it tastes so smooth you’ll be wondering where the rest of the glass went. Enjoy!

Sample from growler. Amber with a thin white head. Aroma is a lightly spicey, yeastiness, light caramel, light alcohol. Taste is lightly spicy, caramel, light yeast. Could be kicked up a notch.

Growler from the brewpub! Nose iwith caramel and notes of corriander, vanilla, toffee, and some light floral hops. deep copper with a medium, nicely lacing beige head. Flavor has light bitterness, corriander, and caramel with a light background touch of honey. Finish is a light bitterness and corriander. I just can wait for the BA pinot noir version to come out of the barrels! And what a session brew this would make if I could get it all the time at 5.2% ABV!
