Apparently black with huge frothy tan head. Appealing chocolate coffee aroma. Soft, sweetish, almost fatty flavor. Some EtOH is apparent, flavor depth is impressive. Lot of chocolate maltiness and pipe smoke. Finishes sweet (a little much, perhaps, for me) and silky, low bitterness.
