22 oz bottle. Dark brown with some bubbly froth around the edge. Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, grass and hay. Medium to full body with a buzz. Taste like the nose; dark roast most prevalent, bittersweet chocolate, a touch of prune, grapefruit and lime peel. Inky, ashy finish. Great with raw littlenecks.

Dark brown, thin ring of tan head mostly dissipates, slippery lacing on the glass. Nose is mild coffee grounds and milk chocolate. Flavor is rock solid and full of coffee-cocoa malts, slight roast, faint hop bitterness for balance, finishes dry and malty. Medium-full body, creamy texture, medium carbonation. A top tier stout, great balance and malt flavor profile, super drinkable, would love to have easy access to this gem!

Bottle - thanks odeed. Dark brown with a finger of creamy tan head. Aroma is roasty and sweet with milk chocolate. Taste is rich with espresso and lightly roasty, more chocolate, and a bittersweet tail. Great mouthful, balanced in flavors, and overall quite pleasant.

Pour is black as night. Nose is huge on coffee and chocolate. Taste is lots of dry cocoa, coffee, grainy, with an acrid finish.
