Nut brown, hazy color, small steady beige head. Caramel, cocoa, some vegetables and alcohol in the nose. Caramel, wheaty notes, chocolate, vegetables and even some alcohol. Not really exciting, like brewery trying to brew a Belgian ale for the first time. But not totally hopeless either. JensenTaster (1588), Denmark

Sweet caramel and a tad infected tho´. Good creamy mouthfeel. Bland and empty finish; a clear mistake in the brewery and again, it´s sold; really sad. fonefan (11888), VestJylland, Denmark

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 14, 2009 Bottle, at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It pours a hazy, copper-colored body under a finger-thick, creamy, beige head. Fresh fruits, some hints of smoke, dried fruits and citrus notes in the aroma. Roasted, lightly smoked nose with some dried fruits. Some smoke, as well as sweetness in the finish. Medium to full body. It sure didn’t lead my thoughts to spring time, but it was at least drinkable, although boring. (090517) Hansen (2341), Randers, Denmark
