(on bottle) Mahogony red, small, steady head. Liqourice/dry wood aroma, nice and spicy. Slightly cardboardish, keeps up a beady taste. Light chocolate finish.

Bottle, at Copenhagen Beerfestival. A slightly hazy, ruby to brown beer with a creamy, beige head on top. Sweet, malty and roasted nose, some coffee. Roasted flavor with coffee and chocolate, and a decent bitterness. Some dms lurking in the background it seems. Full-bodied. Long, roasted finish with some bitterness. A quite decent brown ale. Bottle, 5.5% at KØ09. Mild malty aroma, hint of grassy hops. Seemingly clear dark chestnut colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is nicely malty, has a hint of paper, perhaps a little vegetable.
