Bottled (BB 08/2009). As "Fritz Sybergs Pilsner" . Light amber color, small white head. Grassy grainy nose. Vegetably, grainy, "ekologic" flavor, some sweetness ... odd ...me don’t like.

Bottled@Timo A. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is some fruity notes, some mild yeast, wood and mild notes of rubber. Flavour is wwood, yeast and some earth and nukd zest as well as strange "medicinal notes". Vegetably.

The color is hazy bronze and the head is OK. The aroma has notes of malt, light fruit (oranges among others). The flavour has a light/medium sweetness, notes of flower, malt, caramel, a little oranges and a light dry finish. A pleasant pilsner.

Bottle 50cl @ Home. [ As Kerteminde Fritz Sybergs Pilsner ]. Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, roasted, caramel, fruity, light hoppy, orange, light light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (160708)

Clear amber with tiny white head. Fruity aroma with slight sourish notes. Sweet flavor with loads of fruits and caramel notes. I get peach.

50cl bottle: Pours hazy orange with a creamy white foam. Aroma is very grassy & fruity. Lively carbonation. Sweet malty, yeasty & fruity taste - a bit citric. Definetly too sweet. needs some visible bitter hops to balance it!

Bottle. It pours a warm golden with a slight haze and a chunky white head. The aroma is dominated by toffee, caramel, hay-like grain and a slight spicy citric note. In the mouth it feels well carbonated, with a slightly sweet flavor. As it lingers it balances out with a nice grassy bitterness.

Bottle.50cl. very nice i think, just a tad too sweet, good hop, and a bit metalic.
