Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of hay and citrus hobs. Fresh bitter flavor with some spicey notes, and again hay and citrus.

May 21, 2007 Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Pale golden, lightly hazy. Grassy nose. Dryish, fresh and fairly light bodied with notes of grass, lemon and biscuity malt. Finisehd with medium bitterness. Pretty good.

May 13, 2007 CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with some lacing. Aroma of sweet malt. Flavour is also sweet malty to dry, good floral bitterness in the finish.

May 3, 2007 Golden and very hazy with a nice, lasting white head. The aroma is fruity with notes of yeast. The mouthfeel is flat. The flavour has notes of aroma hops in a nice, spicy way, there is light bitterness, fruit, roasted malt, citrus and flower. Uncomplicated and easy to drink.

Dec 28, 2006 Bottled. Lightly hazy, pale golden beer with a white head. Wellhopped, fresh, fruity and a lightly sweet aroma. Nice sweetness in the flavor. Medium body. Really nice for a summerbeer, definately something else than the pale lagers normally brewed for summer in Norway. (061124)
