Commercial Description:

Slightly hazy copper with a lasting tan head. Fruity aroma with a hint of caramel and a spicy touch. Dry and slightly odd malty flavour with caramel, licorice, fruit and ...ummm, manure? The finish has an unpleasant roast bitterness, as if there is too much colour correction black malt in it

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Perfumed. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange hybrid between brown ale and dunkler bock and american pale ale! But it is OK.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a small, rough off-white head. Sweetish spicy aroma. Medium body with perfumy fruits and caramel. Lightly bitter finish with a herbal touch. 010209

0.5 l bottle, thanks Hannu N and Timo A! Hazy amber color with small head. Sweetish perfumed aroma with ginger, cinnamon, licorice and chocolate. Sweet, spicy, caramelly and slightly yeasty flavor with ginger and perhaps cardamon. The finnish is slightly metallic and woody. The spiciness is about at the right level, its only the finish which I don’t like.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is soicy and malty - nice. The flavor is sweet malty and spicy with strong notes of cardemomme, hmmm.
