Dec 15, 2009 @ Kerstbierfestival Essen (B). A dark bruin colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of caramel, dark fruits, some sweet. The taste is sparkling, a little chocolate, get’s on stronger. There are fruits with notes of bitter. The aftertaste is some bitter with a little sweet.

Dec 14, 2009 After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained no carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a thick dark brown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppybitter with a roasted malty touch. This beer smells spicy.

Dec 14, 2009 On tap at 15e Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Brown with a small, creamy, beige head. Chocolate and coffee aroma. In the mouth dry chocolate flavours dominate, but there is a hint of roast as well. Body could be fuller. Noticeable alcohol. Very good.

Dec 12, 2009 From tap, Kerstbier Festival 2009. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, coffee and mild spiced. Roasted, bitter and light spiced flavoured. Nice roasted base beer. Lingering roasted and coffeeish dark malt flavoured finish.
