Commercial Description:
Al Pilsner (the Missoula Bohemian) is named after our own Al Pils, voted best bartender in 2007. And although the mass produced American beers qualify as pilsners, don’t let that turn you off. A fresh, locally brewed pilsner is delectable any time of year - and a far cry from the mass produced stuff. 5% abv; 28 IBUs.

On draught at the brewery’s taproom in Missoula, Montana. Pours a semi hazy golden pale blonde brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissolves to a white ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of enriched multi-grain bread dough, flowery hops and a touch of sweet sunflower honey. Taste is soft, very little carbonation with a bready flavor. Finish has a good balance of bitterness and bread-like malt flavor with a flowery hop aftertaste.
