16 oz can thanks to kyzr: Pours a transparent orange copper with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of semi-sweet pale malts and grapefruity resiny hops. Body starts with a light sweetness and good resiny bittering and flavor hop presence before a drier, crisp bittersweet finish. A nice IPA.

Tall boy can. Bright orange, dense off-white head. Citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Fruity hop load, sweet malt, very long bitter finish. Nicely balanced for my tastes in an IPA.

Can. Poured orange in color with a thin white head that settles to a ring quickly. Caramel aroma with a hoppy background. The flavor is a nice IPA mix of hops and malts. Light to medium body. (Rating from June ’07)

On tap at Iron Horse (Missoula). This amber ale poured with a thin off-white head. There is a nice hoppy flavor with a good malt balance and a short bite at the finish.

can on 4/12/08. Quite a good IPA... pours a deep gold / amber... nice hops in the aroma. solid medium body over the palate with a good amount of citrusy hops... drinks fairly well and a bit heavy compared to the standard IPA.

An unexpected surprise from kyzr. I was packing up shop tonight and noticed this box on the floor half opened. I just curiously opened it up and read that it was destined for my belly by the address label. Thanks amigo. // Not a bad little IPA that pours from a tall pint sized can. A amber honey color pushes up a lofty froth that sticks and lingers. A beautiful full fluffy canopy and lace linger the duration. Mild aromatics on display here but are very welcome. Full nectar with good carbonation. A well balanced IPA with moderate hop bitterness and a solid malty backbone. Not sweet at all and the finish lingers. Very mellow and easy to get down. I swear to you I can not tell I poured this from a can. Great job!
