Sampled this one on draught at the brewery in Hammondsport, NY. Pours to a deep chestnut color with a soapy white head that fades, and a moderate carbonation. The nose in very nice on this one, with lots of good nutty and sweet malt aroma. The palate is firm with good nutty and carmel malt flavor that rolls over the tounge. This beer finishes with more good malt up front, then ends with just enough grassy hop bitterness to take the malty edge off this beer and round it out. Well done nut brown ale with great malt aromas and flavors. I love a good malty nutbrown, and Kueka does a nice job with this one.
