Commercial Description: Traditional Scottish ales, these beers focus on malt color and flavor with hops being almost imperceptible. Aged in American Red Oak our Shillings finish crisp and a wee bit sweet. Our 30 Shilling is on the lighter end of the spectrum with our 36 being more robust and darker.
