Commercial Description:
Brewed in honor of the legendary Keweenaw winter, ACME Anvil is a strong American Brown Ale. Perfect for a long winter night of cold and snowy sculpture building. Darkest mahogany, full bodied, hoppy and a touch more ABV to keep you warm.

Pours a dark clear brown, with a soapy tan head. Aroma of stingy grass. Flavor is a rich deep caramel and malt, moving into a really sharp malt with heavily unbalanced metallic hops. It’s like drinking any brown ale and getting smacked with a mouthfull of pennies. Finish is a little sweet and grassy. Still has more body than any of their other beers.
