Nothing at all to write home about on this one. Like the Sunset Ale a weird metallic tang. Virtually no body, hops or malt overcame this flavor.

Pleasant, fruity aroma. Odd, cloudy appearance. Little to no head. Bit of hoppiness to the flavor. Goes down fairly smooth. Would be good on the beach.

Beach party beer. Typical lager. Nothing spectacular. Mildly hopped. Good when you are standing on the beach and it's 95 degrees.

Sitting on a pier by the water, watching the stars twinkle above in the Key West sky, one tends to be more forgiving of a wimpy lager than they might otherwise be, so I’ll try to be objective. Mild and watery. Supposedly discontinued, yet I found one after a search.

Light gold, small head - not much retention, some lacing. Malts are sweet and soft. Palate is very watery around the edges. A nice hop presence, but at the finish the sweet malts hang on and become cloying. Maybe I need to be in Key West enjoying this and not Cleveland. Thanks for hauling this up north for me, Mike!

i’m not a lager fan, so my ratings obviously will reflect that. i definitely prefer this brewer’s ale over their lager. there was no aroma per say, and it was pretty watery/light on taste.

Skunky lager aroma, slightly malty, slightly hoppy. Not a terrible beer, but nothing to get excited about either.
