fluffy (229), Florida, USA Mar 19, 2009 its malty. its a little citrusy. its smooth. and its utterly unimaginative and forgettable. if i was at a bar and the only options were megabrews and this, sure id drink it. its not bad. its just not very interesting. BOLTZ7555 (1053), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Mar 12, 2009 Clear amber pour with decent carbonation that results in a 1/2 inch fizzy white head. Caramel malt definitely wins its battle with hops in this one; subtle sweetness. Watery and uneventful but wouldn’t mind having this on a hot summer day. fiver29 (703), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Mar 12, 2009 Bottle pours clear amber color with off white head. Aroma is more malt than hops. Thin mouthfeel. Flavor reminds me of a macro brew. Nothing special. osu97gp (168), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Mar 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear amber with medium sized cream colored head. Aroma of malts and very faint hops. Very bland flavor, so bland I can’t pick out anything in it, maybe a little bit of hops at the finish, but that is it. Not a good beer at all. Sparky27 (1559), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Mar 4, 2009 Bottle courtesy of BOLTZ7555. Pours a clear dark gold with a one finger beige head with nice lacing. The nose is sour wheat, light citrus hops and malt. The taste is malt and earthy hops. Medium bodied – ok, easy drinking beer. Thanks J and R! Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 21, 2009 Bottle sampled at the brewery. Some lace, nothing else to look at or smell. Aggressive carbonation. Malt job, macro beer. jsquire (2086), St. Marys, Ohio, USA Feb 21, 2009 Copper colored beer that audibly fizzed away almost all of the head as I poured it into the glass. Wet grainy nose. Course bread with some apricot and pit fruit flavors. Some citrus hops in the finish. Not very interesting. Thanks to daknole for the bottle. foundmd (163), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jan 11, 2009 12oz bottle, thanks to Mom. Pours a translucent golden amber with a very small, quickly dissipating head. Aroma and flavor of sweet caramel malts. Thin on the palate and easy to drink Definitely well-suited for a hot afternoon in the Keys.
