Flavor is hoppy and malty. Clean mouthfeel. Citrus hops. Very refreshing. Nicely balanced beer. Slightly bitter. Enjoyable beer.

Gotta say, I was pretty darn impressed. Nicely balanced hops, a little fruity... a pretty good beer. olympian (107), USA

This was the ale I had with my superb seafood platter. Does that inflate my rating? Probably, but this was an excellent ale!

Also I just read that they stopped artificially softening the water supply at Key West in May. legion242 (1577), Richardson, Texas, USA

A slightly complex, grain taste to it, but the appearance is what really sells this one. Extremely pleasing.
