Mar 17, 2006 Draft sampler at FBGF. Poured a bown color with a moderate off-white head that diminished quickly. Medium sweet roasted malt aroma. Average roasted malt and fruity flavor with a long light bitter finish.

Nov 19, 2004 On tap everywhere in Key West. I drank a lot of this at the Green Parrot. Very light and easy to drink. Agreeable. Not a lot of character. Basically, it’s really good. At being average.

Dec 12, 2007 Amber color. smells of malt and small amount of hops. Tastes alot more of hops than the aroma. Not bad to drink while watchin a sunset in the keys :)

Jan 8, 2008 [898-20071203] 355mL. Malty grain aroma holds hints of toasted hops. Clear, dark red amber body with a quick foamy off-white head. Malty grains flavour has a bit of sweet yeast. Medium body has an underlying mild bitterness. Interesting balance of smooth malt.

This beer was pretty average, nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. The taste was crisp with a hint of citrus, with little to no aftertaste. I poured it from the bottle into a cup and I feel it helped enhance the citrus undertones.Got it in a BIF from a stiller fan.

Jul 18, 2008 Six-pack from Publix. Pours an orange/amber body and a fingernail of off-white head that recedes to a couple centimeters. Pleasant nose of cheerios, subtle malts and hops, slightly musty yeast. Flavors include wheat, subtle citrus, white rice, anchored by an even subtler caramel backbone. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty darn refreshing. Not a bad session beer if it wasn’t overpriced as it is.

Oct 13, 2006 12oz bottle. Pours beautiful bronze colour, with thin white foam head. A little hop in the aroma. Taste is very malty, almost reminds me of bourbon, bread with notes of citrusy hops. Finishes with a slightly hoppy bitterness, I think it could use a little more. A decent brew compared with the other Key West products. Might buy again.
