Nov 30, 2008 From a bottle I brought home with me from North Miami Beach recently. Poured with an off-white to tan head and no lace. Aroma is at first dark ripe fruits, apricots, and a hint of cherry along with a bit of malt and hops. Shortly after that the aroma is strongly caramel malt. Flavor is similar but more pronounced malt and bittering hops. Body’s not bad, perhaps a tad over carbonated. Ok beer. Forgetable finish. Could do worse. One of the best beers I’ve had from down there so far.

Oct 13, 2006 12oz bottle. Pours beautiful bronze colour, with thin white foam head. A little hop in the aroma. Taste is very malty, almost reminds me of bourbon, bread with notes of citrusy hops. Finishes with a slightly hoppy bitterness, I think it could use a little more. A decent brew compared with the other Key West products. Might buy again.

Mar 31, 2007 Had this one draught. Amber in color with a white head, this looked nice in the glass. Aroma and flavor were both very mild, with the sweet malts standing out the most. No major flaws, but wouldn’t run out to find this one.

Jul 5, 2008 Amber color with a head that quickly settles to a thin layer. Aroma is malty and grassy with just a hint of citrus fruit. Malty flavor with a light bitter hop profile, a bit saazy, and slightly sweet. Darker color and fuller than expected. Pretty basic but I liked it for what it is.

Mar 24, 2009 Bonus bottle from Daknole. Golden pour, very little carbonaton and a little generic malt aroma. Flavor is light wheat, a little citrus and slightly bitter on the aftertaste. I can see myself enjoying this with seafood.

Mar 23, 2009 On tap somewhere in Cocoa Beach...obviously drank too much that I can’t remember where I was. This one wasn’t bad. Wasn’t very good, but I don’t mind supporting local brews. Malty mostly, but hops lingers around..like the guy who was hanging around under the pier, even after we asked him to leave...those horrible beady eyes.....
