Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;
A light beer with a balance of light malts and fresh fruity hoppiness. This beer has some subtle sweet citrus flavours’ from the late addition of Goldings hops.

Cask conditioned @ South Western Arms, Soton. Thin bitter with some off yeasty flavours. Not sure how much this is down to the beer and how much to the admittedly poor conditioning. (Av rating given- although my sample seems no worse than others,.).

Cask@Black Door
Copper-amber color, decent white head. Nutty-oaky nose. Dry woody flavor. Weak palate. Kind of herbal bitter, not pleasant.

(cask) Light coppery colored, little yellow head. Strongly lemony yeast dominates this aroma, not too much biterness here. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is richer, still watery palated. Lemon and some yeast in here, aftertaste turns to sour one with some cardboard and apple. Nothing to remember afterwards.

Cask (Pullman, Helsinki) Anna (Thursday): Fairly light yellow-orange, little head. Had light aroma of synthetic honey if anything. Watery. Unexceptional but not awful bitter. Phil (Friday): More bitter aroma, taste is watery, mostly light breadiness but even that’s weak.
