Sep 11, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy golden with a dense, off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Lightly tart, leathery nose. Medium body with lightly sweet, pale malts, brett-like accents and fusty horseblanket. There’s some Orval notes there with a dry and lightly astringent finist. Aug 19, 2007 Updated: Apr 27, 200833 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a white creamy head. Hoppy and slight spiced nose, slight apple/citric into a vague sourish note. Yeasty, sweet malty and slight applefruity. Dry malty and fruity finish. Nice actually.6-3-6-4-12=3.1

Feb 1, 2008 Bottled. Golden colour, huge white bubbly, quite long lasting head. A lot of lacing. Aroma gives some earth, fruits, vegetables, and some mild notes of wood. Flavour is vegetables, lots of fruits, some herbs and some grassyness. Pleasantly balanced, but gets a bit boring after a while.
