Lubiere (3324), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Jan 4, 2006 On tap, July 17, 2005. Hazy dirty golden ale with a creamy off-white head. Nice malt and english hops n aroma, with notes of caramel. Rich malt with nutty notes in mouth, good bitterness and citrus. Oily mouthfeel. Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Jul 28, 2005 Cloudy burnt yellow. Nice lasting yellowy white head. Delicate english floral hops nose. Rather husky malt bill, not sweet definitely. Great balance between the bready almost toasty malts and soapy, oldish hops with an earthy aspect. Dry grainy finish, creamy palate, low carbonation, medium bodied. CapFlu (3340), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Jul 22, 2005 (Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Pours a lasting white head with a non-carbonated orange-amber body. Nose and flavour of caramel malt and nicely hopped. Above average.
